We are looking for a dedicated and responsible night receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the hotel during the night and ensure that our guests have a safe, smooth, and pleasant stay. You enjoy working independently, have a sense of order and structure, and take responsibility for ensuring that the night’s work runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out, as well as handle payments and cash management
• Administer bookings and update guest information
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Perform administrative tasks and prepare for the next day's work
• Be responsible for fire and safety procedures during the night
• Keep the reception and lobby clean, tidy, and welcoming

WHO WE BELIEVE YOU ARE:

We believe you are a person who provides good service with a smile, can work independently, and make quick decisions when needed. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working at night. Experience in hotels, reception, or service jobs is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and sense of responsibility.

OTHER:

• Six months probationary employment applies
• Salary according to agreement
• Start date: Immediately or by agreement
